DEEP PRESSURE/ SPORTS- Deeper strokes are used to release underlying contracted muscles. The therapist will incorporate myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and other modalities. The depth of pressure is tailored to client needs.

EUROPEAN FACIAL- This classic facial will cleanse, exfoliate, and rehydrate your skin. We use a gentle enzymatic peel, steamed towels, and a facial mask and moisturizer tailored to your skin type. A face, neck, shoulder, and hand massage is included for extra relaxation.

Treatments are offered by appointment from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. daily. Reservation fees for under 2 hrs. notice and Travel fees for locations outside of the City of Santa Barbara of $5 or more may be added. For after or before hours a $25 charge will be assessed.
